1. Services Overview
Linux Health ("we," "us," "our") provides a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for the evaluation and treatment of obesity. Our services include online health screenings, physician consultations, prescription medications (when clinically appropriate), and ongoing care management.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- A resident of the United States
- Able to provide accurate health information
- Not using our services for any unlawful purpose
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our platform facilitates access to licensed physicians. All treatment decisions are made by your physician based on their clinical judgment. We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes. Individual results vary based on adherence, starting health status, and other factors.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Plans are billed monthly on the date of enrollment
- Payment is processed at the time of prescription approval
- You may cancel at any time without penalty through your patient portal
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; see our satisfaction guarantee for details
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Disclose all current medications and medical conditions
- Follow your physician's instructions regarding medication use
- Report any adverse effects or concerns promptly
- Not share or sell your prescribed medication
- Keep your account credentials secure
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linux Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false health information, or engage in behavior that poses a risk to your health or the safety of others. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your patient portal.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
